Three things I need to improve in my communication skills

Firstly, I have to be confident when I am speaking to my audiences and look at their eyes. Second, I have learn how to express my feelings and thoughts through speaking fluently. Thirdly, I have manage the communication is running smoothly and the atmosphere between speaker and audience is good.

Overcoming problems of working in a small group

In my opinion, overcoming problems of working in a small group are very common. Sometimes, there are communication problem between group members and leader. Besides, lack of ideas during discussion or finding hard on problems solving are also normally will happen. I believed overcoming problems can be solved by unity.

What kind of leader I am ?

I am a democratic leader. I believed that ideas will always better than idea. I used to listen to my group members when they have other opinions. I accepted their criticism and I am willing to improve with them. Without communicated, work could not be done in the best way.

Facebook friends

I have 1109 of Facebook friends. 0.5% of them are my family, 1% are my buddies, 30% are my friends, and 4% are my relatives. Maybe the half of the rest are those who I know, and the other half are those people that I totally do not know them.

Three things that I have to improve for my presentation.

Firstly, I know my English is poor so I have to improve it. Secondly, I have to speak louder because I am not used to talk loudly. Thirdly, I have to build up my confidence, because I always feel shy and lack of confidence when talking in front of people.
